Scope
This policy covers the public FPS Performance Lab information website and messages sent to the controller. It separately explains local data created by the application because those files are not automatically transferred through this website.

Website data
The current website is static: it has no forms, user accounts, advertising or first-party analytics. The server or hosting provider may nevertheless store technical request logs, including an IP address, connection date and time, requested address, browser type, user-agent header and server response code.
Technical data may be processed to operate the website, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and maintain security. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Email contact
When a message is sent, the controller receives the sender's address, correspondence content and any other information voluntarily included in the message. This data is used to reply and handle the request.
Processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in managing correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where the message concerns steps before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Local FPS Performance Lab application data
The Windows application stores training results, Aim Control Tests, weapon profiles, game profiles, settings and reports locally on the user's device. The website does not read or automatically receive these files.
The application provides access to the data folder, export, backup, restore and history reset functions. Data reaches the controller only when the user exports and sends it, for example as an attachment to a support request.

Data recipients and hosting
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email or technical support providers only to the extent required to deliver the relevant service. The controller does not sell personal data. The recipient scope and any transfer outside the European Economic Area depend on services selected for deployment and should be updated if the hosting arrangement changes.

Retention period
Technical logs are retained for the period necessary for security and diagnostics according to the hosting provider's configuration. Correspondence is retained until the matter is resolved and then for the period needed to establish, pursue or defend claims and comply with legal duties. Local application data remains on the device until the user deletes it.

User rights
Within the limits provided by the GDPR, a user may request:
- access to personal data and a copy of it,
- rectification of inaccurate data,
- erasure or restriction of processing,
- data portability where applicable,
- an objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Requests can be sent to the controller's email address. A user may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland if they believe their data is processed unlawfully.

Security
The controller applies organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to this website, including data minimisation, software updates and access control for hosting and email. Users should not send data that is unnecessary to resolve their request.

Policy changes
This policy may change when the website is expanded, the hosting provider changes or new processing methods are introduced. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
